Gan HaShlosha, the Garden of Eden?

If we want to see amazed and wide-open eyes, then we accompany our guests to Gan HaShlosha! This beautiful oasis not far from Gan Ner is described by many as a small paradise.

Gan Hashlosha Israe waterfall

I am particularly fascinated by the turquoise-blue, clear water. In some places, you can see right to the bottom and watch fish – almost like in a lagoon by the sea.
What I love: Even at the height of summer, the water there is a pleasant 24 degrees and is the perfect way to cool off when it’s over 30 degrees. I particularly like the waterfalls, the wonderfully cool water splashes on our heads and shoulders and gives us a free massage as well as refreshment.

For the kids, there are several children’s pools and a shallow water area in the river, which we especially enjoy with our youngest.

Once you’ve had enough of the water, you can relax on one of the many meadows, preferably in the shade. An ideal place to fire up the barbecue or enjoy a picnic. Everyone barbecues there, especially at weekends and on public holidays. Frankly, the oasis is then overcrowded. It is therefore better to visit Gan HaShlosha during the week and outside the vacation periods.

If you don’t want to barbecue or don’t have a picnic with you, you can get various hot and cold meals in the two kiosks.

What else is important to know?

You should come early in the morning to get a good spot in the shade. The entrance fee is around 40 NIS for an adult. As the Kangaroo Park is located next door, a combined ticket is worthwhile if you want to visit both.
