Wine tasting in the north

Israel also stands for particularly good wines. It’s quite clear! Winegrowing in Israel can even be traced back to biblical times and has won a few international awards.

Since this year we have been offering our guests the opportunity to take part in a wine tasting on our tours.

For some, an entertaining wine tasting at a winery is enough, others want a guided tour with extensive tasting. Many things are possible. If you want something a little more unusual, we recommend wine tasting with cheese – simply delicious.

The north is a feast for the eyes, especially in spring, we can’t say it often enough. The landscape is very different from the region around our Gilboa Mountains. Especially from February to April you can enjoy lush meadows, bright flowers, trees and shrubs in the north. It is a good idea to stop first at the Jordan River, then drive further north and end the evening at the Sea of Galilee.

But for those who are not so keen on wines or who value something else in particular, Israeli whiskeys are a must. A small family distillery makes many a heart beat faster. Sure, they are young whiskeys, but they are created by experienced master distillers who often produce bold, new whiskeys. Well worth a visit!

But we have also done something new. Our range now includes a very good selection of Israeli wines. Perfect for rounding off a nice evening.

A selection of our wines. The wines Yarden and Gamla are still missing
